uptm.io ("uptm", "we") provides uptime monitoring, alerting and status pages. Contact us at support@uptm.io.

2. Data we collect

• Account data: name, email address and authentication details.
• Service data: the URLs you monitor, check results, incidents, notification settings and status page content.
• Notification contacts: email addresses and phone numbers you add as recipients, and email addresses of status page subscribers.
• Billing data for paid plans, handled by our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers.
• Technical data such as IP address and request logs, used to run and secure the service.

3. How we use it

To provide and secure the service, run checks, send alerts and status updates, process payments, provide support and improve the product. We do not sell personal data.

4. Service providers

We use providers to operate the service, including authentication (Clerk), payments (Lemon Squeezy) and SMS delivery (Twilio). They process data only to provide their services to us.

5. Cookies

This marketing site sets no tracking cookies and uses self-hosted fonts. The dashboard uses cookies that are strictly necessary for sign-in.

6. Retention

We keep data while your account is active and for a limited period afterwards as needed for legal, security and backup purposes. You can ask us to delete your data.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict processing. Email us to exercise these rights.
